Of great intelligence, the chimpanzee is, along with the bonobo, the closest genetic cousin of humans. Chimpanzees live in hierarchically structured social groups. The alpha male leading the group is generally the most strategic, rather than the strongest. He forms alliances and is not hesitant to change allies to maintain his position. Chimpanzees within a group share cultural behaviors that are specific to them and are transmitted from generation to generation, such as self-medication using certain plants.

Each photograph is numbered, signed and a certificate of authenticity is included. Once each edition is sold through completely there will be no more prints of that image offered. These masterworks are available in three different sizes, with framed prints and prints on aluminium backing or under acrylic glass available upon request. We use archival Hahnemühle Fine Art 285 g/m² paper, which has a wonderful texture and excellent colour rendition. All limited edition prints come with a 5 cm white border.
What is the shipping time?

We fulfil the order and ship it within 2-5 business days by DHL from the point of order, although we will always endeavour to reduce this where possible. Prints are shipped unframed for efficiency and quality assurance. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions at all.
